Below you'll find the birthmoms we are currently working with.  Each birthmother is first introduced to families who have signed with us.  

Sometimes, however, we have birthmothers who are not a good fit with our existing couples.  In those situations, we open our search to families across the country.

Mandy                                                

Caucasian girl due mid-February

Mandy is of Italian descent, 30 years old, 5' 8" tall and weighs 160 lbs.  She has brown hair and brown eyes.  Mandy is currently incarcerated and has a past history of using illegal drugs.  She states that she has not used any drugs during this pregnancy, and her drug test was clean.  Mandy has completed three successful adoptions in the past and feels that adoption is best for this baby as well.  

Paul, the birthfather, is 32 years old, 5' 7" tall and weighs 160 lbs.  He has green eyes and light brown hair.  He was the birthfather in some of Mandy's last adoptions, and he will happily sign the papers.  

The adoptive parents must live in California.  Mandy is open to all types of families.

Jeannie                                                

Caucasian baby due 4-5-09

Jeannie is of Irish descent, 25 years old with blue eyes and blonde hair.  She is 5'7' and weighs 142 lbs.  Jeannie does smoke a few cigarettes a day but does not drink alcohol and has never used illegal drugs.  She is a single mom with a young son and believes that she is not able to raise another baby at this time in her life.  

Daniel is 26 years old, 6' tall and weighs 225 lbs.  He is of English descent and has light brown hair and brown eyes.  He does smoke cigarettes and drinks an occassional beer but does not use any illegal drugs.  Daniel works in construction but was laid off recently.  He and Jeannie are very close, and he is supportive of the adoption plan.   
Nancy met Jeannie and Daniel and feels they are extremely committed to finding adoptive parents.  They are open to all types of families: single parents, gay/lesbian parents and traditional couples.  They do not want any contact after the baby is born but would like to meet the adoptive parents in the hospital.  They want a family that will provide a loving home for their baby.

Helena                                                

Caucasian/Hispanic girl due 12-30-08

Helena is 32 years old, 5' 2" tall and weighs 139 lbs.  She has brown eyes and brown hair.  She smokes a few cigarettes a day but does not drink alcohol or use illegal drugs.  Helena is a single mom with three other children who are not living with her.  She has relinquished a baby in the past and is very comfortable with the adoption process.  

Ted is 43 years old, 5' 11" tall and weighs 202 lbs.  He has brown eyes and brown hair.  Ted knows about the pregnancy and agrees with the adoption plan.  He has three grown children and he does not want to parent a newborn at this time.  

Helena is looking for parents who will stay in touch after the baby is born.  She would like to receive letters, photos and emails from the adoptive parents.  If there was a family that was willing to allow her visits once a year, she would be thrilled.  Helena will consider single parents and heterosexual couples.

Lila is 21 years old, 5' 5" tall and weighs 140 lbs.  She has blue eyes and blonde hair and does not smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol or use illegal drugs.  Lila has completed a few college courses.  She is currently a single mom and is not able to raise another child right now.  

Zac is 20 years old, 5' 8" tall and weighs about 175 lbs.  He has brown eyes and brown hair and does not smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol or use illegal drugs.  Zac knows about the pregnancy and agrees with an adoption plan.

Lila and Zac will consider single parents, same-sex couples and traditional families.
